I am excited to be sharing this home.  It is so unlike most homes of the Boston Area. There are many, many fine homes in this area with the vast majority of them being Colonial. No surprise there as we are one of the original Colonial states and our homes go back to those days.  This home is a contemporary and it is built in the block style of architecture that Frank Lloyd Wrigt and the architect of this home Maurice K Smith used in their thinking of the home.

Each room is designed for optimal light, air, room and flow.  After each room has been designed it is then the architects skill that puts the blocks together to fit the land and space on which it sits.  The attention to the details of the rooms and their placement on the land make living in this home a daily wonder.  This is more than a home it is a living companion.

I can understand that it would look a little out of place in Boston, but I find more and more that people are interested in this kind of design.

@connie Lou  Grabbing the right attention for this house should be easy, we will see. Thanks for the encouragement

@Georgina, Smart, energy efficient homes are very attractive everywhere, but center entrance Colonials rule her in and around Boston for some 300 years now.  I do like showing this house and watching the faces of the clients.

@Nyssa, the turnout was not as I had hoped, but I did get several of the top agents in this area to review the home and discuss their clients. As they say, you only need one.
