See Private Facebook Photos

By
Real Estate Agent with Ann Arbor Market Center Keller Williams 242301

Programmer shares how to see facebok photos that have been set to private mode.  I don't want to look at photos that other people want private, but I do want to share that other people can see your digitial images if they want.

Years ago, I asked my daughter to remove questionable vacation shots from her profile before interviewing.

After watching this video, I question if old deleted images are still available to discovery, do you know?  Anyway when you see this, you will think about what is uploaded.

Do you know of anyone that has actually tried this? It may do as it says, but the have to enter a contest step feels like a scam to me. They're probably getting into YOUR Facebook account somehow.

What a poopoo, private photos should remain that way, shame on Facebook. But once again the old rule applies, what you do not want public should never be put on the internet!

I agree. If you do not want to take a chance of something getting out there, do not post it anywhere to begin with. It is a very public world out there and it becomes smaller and smaller with the web!

Never post anything you would not be comfortable with everyone seeing and reading.  Assume nothing is private online.  Makes one wonder if there is a way for people to see Active Rain's "members only" posts...

I did a little Googling, and did find references to some similar sites as being scams. I would be very wary of anything like this where you have to "register" for anything. I have heard that the way in which some companies get access to employees and/or applicants profiles is by sending fake friend requests. (Yet another reason to be careful about whose requests you accept!)
