DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Luxury condominium developer, The DiMucci Companies,  located in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, is offering record low prices for luxury high-rise condominiums overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway in Central Florida.

Anthony DiMucci, president of The DiMucci Companies, said 60 luxury high-rise condominiums are available for sale immediately on Bouchelle Island a waterfront community located on the Intracoastal Waterway, a broad coastal river that runs parallel to the seacoast.  Condominiums overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway are priced from $199,000 to $300,000 U.S.

DiMucci said 40 oceanfront condominiums are also for sale, priced from $400,000 U.S to $600,000 U.S.

All condominiums advertised for sale have been built within the past five years, DiMucci said.

The DiMucci Companies is also building new condominiums.  "We will start construction of 28 new luxury oceanfront condominium units in January," said DiMucci.  "We plan to build an additional 500 condominium units over the next three years," he said.

Daytona Beach is best known as America's most popular beachfront resort community and the home of the world famous Daytona 500 NASCAR racing event.
