Not long ago, someone said to me, "I can't believe builders are still building new homes in today's market." Well, you'd better believe it. Yes, they are still building new homes in Marion Ar.

New homes are only building in a couple of subdivisions in Marion Ar. St. John's Landing is one of them. Currently there are 4 houses for sale in St John's Landing, one is a resale home, 3 of them are new homes and one is still under construction.

Rita, remember the days when new subdivisions were springing up everywhere. I miss those days. We do have a few homes going up in our area, but not like before.

Kay, I remember it just like yesterday. New constructions have surely slowed down a lot comparing with a few years ago. I am still glad to see the new homes in Marion Ar. are moving fairly quick.

Lora, builders tend to build one or two at a time in our market and I think it is a smart move. They are still popular among home buyers.
