39 Comments on REAL ESTATE VIDEO MARKETING FOR HOME SALES SUCCESS
hi Fred, I like your video, but halfway through, I was about done... and it does remind me that a glidecam would be great for our little cameras...
Fred, you did a nice job of showing but not staying on the windows which blow out the light but your camera actually adjusted to the light outdoors. Very nice video - off to check out Shannon and Matt!
Sharon
Fred:
Nice job with the video. And it is very instructive seeing Shannon and Matt's videos too. They are definitely pros.
Fred, you did a great job walking through the home with you video. Looks like video is coming of age.
Client testimonial videos are a huge plus. Clients love to do them and future clients love to see them too.
Thanks for sharing the link to RREA's work and your own nice video tour. A lot osf us are itching to get our feet wet with vidoe, but still not sure about how to move forward. Your post is a good kick in the butt to the rest of us to get started
I am all reved up to get started with video. I need a cdr card that runs fast enough and a little time to learn my camera once I get it and then I will be golden! I am really excited to get started!
Fred - Barrie and I have talked about this ..... he even set up a youtube channel?? for me where my virtual tours now go ..... now to just get into the swing of things and some local ones.
Hi Fred, I'm going to try to make videos for communities soon. I do photo videos for my listings.
Fred - Video, video, video. Do you think there's a reason I keep seeing this over and over again? I do. I need to use it more consistently.
Fred -- Lovely home. Good luck selling. I think I could take walk through in my head now after watching that. Do you find a shorter time works better (like no more than 3 minutes) or do you get good feedback from longer videos as well?
Hi Teri...I use a Casio compact camera...love to watch you making whole wheat bread

Hi Gayle...Just Start, don't worry about making it perfect.
Hi Andrew...Yes, ignore the armchair crtics, you'll be amazed at who's following you. I too was interviewed, by Re/Max international and they wrote an article about my AR blogging to the Re/Max magazine.
