Thank you for the comprehensive market analysis on our house in Jenison. Although median home prices are currently soft, we are confident that you have positioned our home to "GET IT SOLD". It's rare to find a realtor that will gather, compile, and distil the current market data to maximize a listing. Most realtors just take the listing and wait......... wait............and wait for a potential buyer. In this information age, knowledge wins, and I know that we are well positioned. I look forward to the equity gain we will realize when we buy our next home during this correction. The smart money is buying now! Thanks.
