945 Franklin Avenue sold for $109,000 in 12 days.I can almost say that nothing happened last month.

But, remember, when we’re talking about Columbus Neighborhoods, we’re talking about relatively small geographic locations.  Olde Towne East, The Short North, German Village, these are all just small areas a few square miles put together.   For the purposes of the blog and for conveying Real Estate Information to you, my boundaries are pretty healthy in comparison to the real thing but in the end, when I tell you that only *8* homes sold in Olde Towne East last month, take in stride and remember that those 8 homes represent 5% of the number of active listings today.

Eight Properties sold last month in Olde Towne East.  Three of them were Park Towers Condos though,  Four of them were bank owned fixer-uppers on Clifton, Latta, Miami and Stoddart, all in need of mostly major rehab.

So, really, the only home that sold last month in Olde Towne East was that weird corner lot (37X35ft) one in the 900 block of Franklin with the white vinyl and red shutters.  It sold for $61.50 sq ft.
