Clarkstown has one brand new retirement community, in the village of West Nyack, called Eden Park. The homes in this complex are on Avner Lane. Another 55 and over community called Wolfe Landing is being built now and will be ready for 2013. The homes in this community will be on Wolfe Circle.
Haverstraw does not currently have any condominium or townhouse senior housing for independent seniors.
Orangetown has three condo/townhouse developments for empty nesters. The Hollows at Blue Hill and The Meadows are two senior housing facilities in Pearl River. The units on Fred Ill Junior Court and Michael Roberts Court are in The Hollows and the units on E. Crooked Hill Road are in The Meadows. Hickory Hill is in Tappan.
Ramapo has five condominium/townhouse complexes for seniors. Chestnut Ridge Gardens is in Chestnut Ridge. The Retreat at Airmont is in Suffern, in the Airmont area. The units with the address N De Baun are in this development. Ryan Mansion Vistas is also in Suffern, in the Montebello area, and it is a brand new, luxury townhouse community for seniors, 45 and 55 and over. The townhouses on Ryan Mansion Drive are in this complex. The Views at Pomona is another 55+ active adult community in Pomona, and there are many condos available since it is newly built. Windsor Mews is in the part of New City that is in the town of Ramapo. It is a 55 and over community that has ranch style homes with condominium fees which will cover landscaping and snow removal and lift some of the burden of living in a single family home.
Stony Point has one 55 and over community called Liberty Ridge.
