Melissa, good advice! I liked wallpaper too when it was attractive. But now, with everything that can be done with paint, it's history.
Great advice. It's so easy to say "leave it". But so hard to sell it.
It can be devastating to a seller to be told that her cherished decorating choices are not so good, now.
It takes a Realtor with a real gift to convince that seller that she must make changes to some of her favorite features.

Melissa My husband and I have been in the business for 35 years. Whenever I go on a listing appointment I pray there is no wallpaper
Today's perfect wallpaper design is tomorrow's headache that reduces the value of the home.
