Frances you are right.  This is a great time to start investing money in Real Estate if you have the capitol.  There are great buys out there, and a great return when the market turns again.

I agree, it is a great time to purchase.  Not only are prices low, intereste rates can't get any lower!  I hate it when buyers ask me, "Do you think it is the bottom?"  I always tell them if they look for the bottom, they will miss it.  Buy when it is right for you.

George, Honestly!  Such a good time for investors and families!  Real estate, historically, offers the best, long term return, on your investment.

Jennifer, i believe that people who didn't jump on this market, will have regrets, once the market turns.
