THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF FEDERAS CAPITAS REALISMA

By
Industry Observer TN LIC# 290452

I posted this a lond time ago. You can make some new year resolutions with it.

===========================================

The Ten Commandments of Federas Capitas Realisma

1. Thou shalt not lie to the bank.

Not a good thing to do in a nation undergoing dramatic new legislation to protect banks, borrowers and lenders from swindlers. Prison sentences for financial crimes are nasty and long.

2. Thou shalt not lie to the Internal Revenue Service.

The laws regarding IRS policy can fill millions of shelves of bookspace.

The IRS bites back hard.

3. Thou shalt not lie about your income to any lender.

You'll get caught is the main reason not to do it.

4. Thou shalt not provide a bogus real estate appraisal to the lender.

You'll get caught, and go to jail, is the main reason not to do it.

5. Thou shalt not have an affair with your clients wife.

You'll get caught and her family pets will end up being given away by the jilted husband.

6. Thou shalt not have an affair with your clients husband.

You'll get caught and the family pets will be eaten.

7. Thou shalt not solicit the services of a straw buyer for beer, guns, real estate or anything else that will get you thrown in jail.

There's nothing wrong with picking up the mince meat pie for your mother-in-law during the holidays at the baker.

8. Thou shalt not gorge thyself on the kickshaws at the open house.

Really... you'll never be asked to come back.

9. Thou shalt not lie to Visa and Mastercard.

You wouldn't want your sky miles to be invalidated prior to that long awaited trip to Disneyland.

10.Thou shalt not forget to be the best while waiting for something better.

It was the 2000 year old man who said,

"Never run for a bus. There'll always be another.

Hello David..........

Being clever and funny makes for a winning quinella.

Peter Sellers has a wonderful head of hair, and poor Buster Keaton doesn't look the least bit happy.

How does a young kid like you get to know all about these old timers?

Keep 'em comin', so I can keep laughing.

I stayed up late on Sunday nights for Ernie Kovacs, Berle, Benny, Ed Wynn, Burns and Allen, Lewis and Martin, Phil Silvers, Durante, Sid Caesar, Jonathan Winters and all the great comedy when I was kid, RJ. Keaton and Charlie Chase were two of my favorite film comedians. The Jack Paar Show was also one of my favorites. Whenever PAAR said "I kid you not" it cracked me up for some strange reason. Steve Allen was a favorite. I was watching the Joey Bishop show the night Regis Philbin quit. It was pretty startling. Hope your week's off to a great start.
