Thanks, This is actually a long term rental for people who are relocating and will stay at least a year.
I think a great blog topic would be how US mainlanders can buy US Virgin Islands real estate - what laws are different/same, how is escrow handled, etc.

I will do that. As part of the U.S. the laws for the transfer of property are the same.
