yes, dream the dream and embrace it.  but I find that many people get that far.  the problem is they don't take the next step -- which is to plan out the incremental, baby steps, to get there.  if you only see the end point, the gulf between where you are now and where you want to get can seem too great.  so you never build up the momentum to reach the target.

you need to have small incremental success in the direction of the dream, to eventually reach it.
