 We've heard it before and even preached it.

Some how as much as we try, we cannot get everyone to listen.

Well the other day I was talking to my AUNT and bang ................   

        She had received a phone call and the next thing you know $ 2,000 and a new chimney liner.

           Now the job is done and heres her after thoughts:  

                           Do you think I paid to much

                           Do you think I needed it

                           I thought they were from around here

                           The signs on the trucks said they were from X and X is 75 miles away

                           They said they had done a lot of work around here

                           Well maybe I should have..........

                                            GOTTEN A SECOND OPINION

     Now  I'm not saying she has been taken. They may have done a lot of work in the area, she may have needed it. I know one thing is for sure, you can't see the work without a 40 ft. extension ladder so she certainly cannot check whether she needed it or not.

      But if you receive a phone call from a company offering services feel free to get an estimate, 

       But remember,                            

             Ask a neighbor or friend for the name and number of someone they have used and trusted.

             Ask a family members or a neighbor to help you talk and get estimates.

             Do some homework with regards to who you hire. current jobs, references
