Do we not remember the same kinds of articles during the Carter administration. It stems from short sightedness of people. I spent a lot of time building the case that affordability, loan rates and any other statistic that they come up with does not drive the housing market. Only consumer confidence does. Wow, are these reporters dense. They look at numbers and make up their own answers.
