If you are a camper at Foster's Pointe you need to attend an important meeting being held at the High Rock Boat Dock on Tuesday Nov. 6th and Sat Nov 10th. Here is the summary:

As some of you may know, the investment LLC in which Barry and I are members currently has Foster's Point under contract, scheduled to close in early 2008.  Our intent is to improve the property and sell the campground, as an RV Park, to as many of the existing campers as possible via a membership in a new corporation that will own the property.  If there are any "slots" left after the campers are presented the opportunity, it will be offered first to this mailing list (our friends and neighbors), and then to the public at large.  Although our attorneys are continuing to finalize the details, we are conducting 2 informational sessions to let the existing campers and the public know what is likely to happen in the coming months.    Because the seller has requested we not contact the existing campers directly, we are advertising the meetings with flyers, signs, emails, etc.  Please feel free to forward this to anyone you feel may be interested.  Or, if you are interested in the future of Foster's Point and a possible investment opportunity, feel free to attend one of the meetings yourself.   I appreciate any help my fellow lake-dwellers can provide in spreading the word.    Sincerely, Beth Livingston Managing Member Golden WEB Properties, LLC
