Welcome to "Live Lago". This is my blog about living, working and playing in and around Lago Vista, Texas. I would like to share my experiences of life on the north shore and hopefully educate prospective homebuyers who may be wondering about everyday life in this community. This is also directed to current residents as a place to stay updated and informed on various topics I choose to blog about. I am an adventurous person so you never know what topic will appear on these pages from time to time. I personally have found Lago Vista, Texas to be a unique community full of friendly, educated, interesting folks from all walks of life. We are nestled on the beautiful and affordable north shore of Lake Travis; 12 miles west of Cedar Park, Texas and 29 miles east of Marble Falls on Highway 1431.
