If Obamas' new Housing Aid is anything like HARP it is bound to be just as ineffective. I am not sure but I believe it has a "hitch" in it. That being in order to qualify for financing you must not be more than six months behind in your mortgage payments. I am also not sure, but I believe that the banks will find a way to put people in endless loops so that they are definitely more than six months behind. Thereby making them not qualified. I could be wrong. What do you think?

My initial guess is if you are behind 1 payment you can pretty much write that off as a no thanks, next by all the banks we bailed out?
Sad but I do agree if the feds dont provide the liquidity and force the banks hands it will have little to no impact but I am sure carry a nice price tag for us all???
