Final Spooky Sleepover
at the San Diego Zoo is October 29-30

The final 2011 Spooky Sleepover at the San Diego Zoo is this weekend. Dr. Zoolittle and his spooky little helpers will entertain you with creepy crafts and spooky critters. There's a costume parade, you can take an eerie bus tour, trick-or-treat around the Reptile House, make Halloween s'mores, and listen to ghost stories around the campfire at the haunted Camp Timbuktu.

There will be a special night prowl around the Zoo, and on Sunday morning a delicious buffet breakfast at Elephant Odyssey, after which you can watch the zookeepers provide pumpkins to the elephants and lions.

• Date: Saturday and Sunday, October 29 & 30
• Time: 4:00 p.m. Saturday to 9:00 a.m. Sunday
• Cost: $119 to $139 per camper, ages 4 to adult, plus Zoo admission for non-members. Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast are included in price.
