Bellingham Neighborhood Homes - Downtown Bellingham

Downtown Bellingham (Central Business District) this area is really thriving and has so much to offer anyone. Not only does the area support a number of Urban dwellings but is also the home to many local businesses and shops. On the weekend, you will find our local farmer's market. Obviously as this is a downtown area there are few if any single family homes in this district, however there are a number of downtown Bellingham condominiums. Many of the buildings have some form of commercial use on the ground floor with residential condos on the upper floors. There are plans and project underway to convert the old GP site into a sprawling and upscale waterfront.
