As agents are we a lot like a farmer? Life is simple, we plant our seed, we watch it grow, but isn’t that the easy part of farming? Reaping what we sow is really the hard part. So go plant your seeds, but don’t forget to reap what you have sowed this spring and now that your hard work will pay off at the closing table.

Since I grew up on a dairy farm, I understand this one very well. I actually still own it, but the cows are long gone.
