Anybody Using Ultra Savvy Agent Single Property Websites?
I'm not promoting these single property sites and I won't receive a dime for mentioning them here. But I really like the way they look.
Take a look at their Sample Gallery.
What I like best about these sites is the "big canvas" look of the properties displayed. The photos bleed off to the edge of the screen. The full-screen format tells sellers that you're featuring their property first and foremost (some agent and company websites dominate the page with agent bios and photos, company slogans and banners, while listings take a back seat).
They don't employ Flash in order to accomplish their property slideshows, another great feature. And they look great on smartphones and tablet devices.
The company's website mentions other features, including social media integration on each page, SEO enhancement, GoogleMap, Yelp & Walkscore capability, and embedded YouTube functionality.
But I'm taking a simple approach to assessing these sites. They look great and they offer big, powerful, in-the-moment views of the properties showcased in them.
I wrote about this type of website yesterday in a post entitled "MLS is for Statistics and Details - Virtual Tours and Single Property Websites are About Seduction".
Do you know of anybody else who offers this or something like it?
Anyone out there doing it better?
