I recently completed a market analysis of Henry County, Georgia for September, 2011 and compared it to the one completed for September 2010. Here are the results:

This represents rougly a 20% increase in homes sold, a 13% decrease in sales price and a 16% increase in market time. The number of homes for sale was 1252 in September, 2010 and 834 in September, 2011, which is a 33% decrease in homes on the market.
