Lenn, when I lived in Greenbelt I would fantasize about moving to Bowie and being within walking distance of the Bowie Baysox stadium. Very peaceful subdivisions there, a nice place to live!

Carole. Bowie is a wonderful community. For families looking for affordable single family homes, which are so hard to find in our area, Bowie is a surprisingly good buy. The Levitt homes have surely stood the test of time. Major builders have built new homes in Bowie in the past 10 years offering some wonderful homes. Finally, there is Woodmore, a very special place indeed.

Katerina. I don't believe we are in as bad shape as Florida. Of course this is just one small community. Look on the front page of http://www.homefinders.com and you'll get a better picture of our overall foreclosure picture. I've got the numbers posted in a box there.
