I want to show you a new neighborhood in Prescott, Yavapai County, Arizona!  We will need some help from the goats to explore this property!

These Lots could be interesting! I like Prescott already!

I think exploring this place could really be fun!

Wikutepa Looks Like a FUN Place! Wow, I like Prescott!

Now this is getting really interesting!

This is really getting fun now!

This goat is "in his element, but WHERE DO WE PUT THE HOUSE?

Where do we put the house?

Maybe we should look at the BIG PICTURE!  These are some REALLY BIG ROCKS!

Some BIG Rocks here!

To give you an idea of scale, the "verticalally oriented" rock is as big as a railroad boxcar.

The outcropping on the left, I call "Bigtooth" is around 80 feet tall.

Maybe we can put the house on this rock.

Do you want the house on this rock?

Please contact me for more information on this neighborhood!

Great photos John! It's amazing how easy those goats maneuver the rocks and hillsides! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your comment, Michael.  Wikutepa is an 83-acre tract that is restricted to 2-acre minimum lot sizes.

Several lots are to be listed soon. A few lots have gentle slopes and soft soil nestled among the boulders.

Some lots will require SUBSTANTIAL investments in site preparation. It is expected that there will be fewer than 40 homes when the development is sold out.

A paved road is done and on-the-grid electric power as well as cable have been run underground along the road.

I sure hope the development plan protects those rock outcrops, I'm going to guess that is the assumed high development cost you reference.  Spectacular - reminds me a bit of Hassyumpa!
