Can you sell a property that you don't like .......for a seller you don't like?
I feel so fortunate that I have had the best listings! Right now I am selling for a builder who is so commited to quality in a location that is wonderful!
It is in Downingtown, Lionville, Uwchlan Township near so much great stuff!
This is a neighborhood called Cotswold Estates....well, not really a neighborhood, an
Exclusive SPOT......right off of a lightly traveled road convenient to so much on a new cul de sac street.
The neighbors stopped in, said it is a place where you can "conduct life" within three miles....it is right up the street from the elementary school, middle school and high school. "It is within 3 miles of the greatest shopping in the area and it is convenient for commuting, hop on the turnpike and you can go anywhere in the state.....and to Philly, Lancaster."
There are only a total of 5 homes, there will be a 5000 square foot renovation of a 18th Century Farmhouse.
The builder is in no hurry, he is building and I am selling one house at a time.
I like selling for this Seller. This house is great. It is $760,000. BTW......I am open on Sundays but only for the next week. I am trying to convince the Builder to let me open for 2 Sundays
