LAST CHANCE for 2011 Kings Island Fun!

It's official folks, one of the last remnants of summer is about to close the gates for another season! Kings Island is open this weekend and then it's a wrap! They've been in Fall Season mode for a bit, with Howl-o-Fest and Dino Trick or Treat for the kids, and Halloween Haunt to scare the rest of us.....but all good things must come to an end!

So get out to Kings Island Friday, Saturday or Sunday for your last fix of roller coasters until Spring, unless you want to make a road trip to warmer climes!

Open October 28-30 2011:

Friday 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. for Halloween Haunt.

Saturday 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. (Dino Trick or Treat 11-6, Howl-o-Fest 12-5, 5 p.m. indoor mazes open, Halloween Haunt 7-1)

Sunday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Dino Trick or Treat 11-6, Howl-o-Fest 12-5)

Michael, I drive by almost every day, but haven't been inside the gates in about 5 years. Not good since I really enjoy roller coasters! Bill

Tom, It's a ton bigger now then then! They've done major expansions and add something or two almost every year.

Debb, Fortunately for the bulbs bought a killer Dewalt drill last year. Now if the auger bits were as strong. Hit a root and bend the shaft, have to manually straighten and try to keep it more or less centered. Good luck with that ;) Bill

Bliz - I've never been to Kinds Island, but between your post and the comments, it sounds like a great place to spend Halloween weekend! I used to love roller-coasters, but my stomach isn't what it used to be!

Kristine, Kings Island is a huge amusement park. I've lost count of the number of roller coasters, but it's a significant quantity. I still love them, but it's mostly a matter of free time scarcity.
