18 Comments on TOO LATE- ITS GONE!!!!! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home for Sale Near Fort Riley
Good Luck on your new listing. I hope you sell it fast. Sometimes it's nice when there is an HOA and this one seems reasonable.
Congratulations on your new listing. Looks like a nice home, and also you did a good job with your presentation.
Nice property listing. Best wishes for a quick sale!
Thanks Ralph, Richard, and Jim!
Hello Byron...Congratulations on your listing!! Looks like it's priced for a quick sale. Good luck finding that qualified Buyer!!
This looks like a great home - Best of luck on a quick, and full price offer!
Thanks Sergio and Brian. This is the first townhome that I have had for the past few months that will be available for owner occupancy. I have had several of these homes sold as investments with tenant leases while everyone was looking to purchase one for buyer occupancy. Here it is!...and it is an end unit!
I will rent it for you!! Have several military families looking for rental homes right now.
Rent on this home is $1350 and it is also an open option to these sellers.
These are fantastic townhomes with great access to the army base and shopping.
So you will rent it? I have a few people looking for Nov 1st abouts for leases that would be inerested. When can they get in? most of the people I am talking to are in hotels and looking ASAP!!!
If so many want one and you can rent um for good dollars why sell?
Byron,
This looks like a beautiful place. Congrats on the great listing and good luck for a quick and smooth sale.
Thank Devona. Appreciate you taking a look at the listing!
I see you like VFlyer, have you evers used Postlets? I recommend checking that website out. My blog has an example of how their's look.
Daren- Both Postlets and Vflyer are great tools. Postlets has been around longer. I have used VFlyer for a few years now-they were pretty new when I started. I use VFlyer because I like their syndication better, the variety of easy to use html formats, and the ability to have all of your listings on a profile page that can act as a webpage. Not to mention if you use the standard format in lieu of the premium format for your flyers I believe they are well optimized from an SEO standpoint. Postlet are great at what they do, I don't know them as well, VFlyer just fits what I was after better.
Hey Daren. Postlets vs. VFlyer. Cost is they other reason I went with the latter. Both have limited FREE versions. If you pay for either service, you'll get a variety of enhancements. Here is where vFlyer has better value: 25 Postlets will cost you $150. 25 active listings on vFlyer is $19.95/month.
