A friendly client from is down here with her husband from Oregon spotted this home for sale in Maricopa on the list of homes bargains that we sent to her and she asked me to video record it for her. I obliged. She looked at the raw footage today and has yet to get back to me on it. She has made several offers and has even won two of them. This nice couple from Oregon might just buy a couple homes. It's funny how they came to know us too. She spotted Karen, my sister, on video of home they researched while back home and before coming down here she has been talking to my sister for a good long while. I think people appreciate video footage of homes.
