I understand that Agents are the life blood to allot of lenders, but who is the life blood of a real estate agent?  Who do you get the majority of your leads from?  Is it your favorite painter, plumber, or handyman?  I am looking to expand my networking to other businesses that come in contact with buyers and sellers.  I believe that they might learn about their customers desire to move before me ( an agent )

I don't use the business to business referral system, simply because, like you, I have not learned how to find those people who are most likely to refer on a business to business level.  I have found that the people who are most likely to refer are my friends who like to be up in other people's business (no disrespect intended, but it's true).  It's the people who like to help by telling others what to do.  I know, I'm a great referrer, LOL!
