John...very similar for me. A closing today and additional ones on Monday/Tuesday. I picked up a couple of nice listings this week via referral and a commercial listing that will be a tough sale. Working again this weekend but I am very thankful to be busy when many are not. God is good!

Joan...I agree, even though this builder is very good, it's still a great idea to bring your own agent to any negotiations.
