These lines of contact are the keys to keeping clients happy through the buying, leasing, and as we do not broker deals, we refer them back to the referring sales agent.

I pay a referral fee to real estate agents who REFER a property client to me.  It is a way for them to SAVE their listings since I do not sell real estate and when the client wants to place their property back on the market, it goes BACK to the referring agent!
