Wierdest Way I ever Sold a House, Come Over Have Dinner, Buy a House

A client and his wife were looking to buy in our area, she had gone back home to be with the kids and the husband stayed here to go to work and find a house.   He and I were looking all afternoon and it was getting late and I was hungry.   I checked in at home and my husband said that he had made ribs, which translates to lots of food at my house.  I asked him if he would like company for dinner.   So I bring my client home to eat.

We are just visiting and getting to know each other and casually mention that there is a house around the corner, maybe we can walk over after dinner and look at it. but it's only 3 bedroom and they wanted a 4 bedroom for their 6 kids.

So after dinner I put my flip flops on (I normally work in heals), put the dogs on their leashes, grabbed the hubby, and my kids and the client and the whole parade takes off around the corner.

Well you can tell from my spoiler headline that the client loved the house, made an offer, got the house and he his wife and the 6 kids are now happily my neighbors!

Karen - How cool is that.  Not only did you sell your client a home.  You made new friends as well!  So, when's the next time hubby is fixing ribs and we'll be sure to be in the area!

Hi Karen.  Isn't it funny how some things just seem to fall into place, causing everything to work out perfectly?  Must have been the ribs!
