Fannie, Freddie to pay back bailout funds - Now Robbing from the Rich to give to the Poor?

I have been ranting on Fannie and Freddie for some time now.  (My past Robbing Peter Posts below).

But I may have to recant all my rants!!

Fannie, Freddie to pay back bailout funds.

Or is this Now Robbing from the Rich to give to the Poor? 

Fannie, Freddie could stop losing money by 2014

Does this mean that when Fannie & Freddie pay back the govenment, we will get our money back?

And if you believe that, I tell you another.
