If you have been thinking of buying a home in Philadelphia and suburbs, this is a good time to buy.

#1 reason to buy is  that it is a buyer's market and there are motivated sellers.

There are many homes on the market and there are sellers who have reduced the price in order to sell before the holidays. Interest rates are low .You can get a lot of house for the money.

If you always wanted to buy a home but the homes you wanted to buy were beyond your reach, take another look this year because prices are low and rates are low so you may be able to afford the home of your dreams.

#1 reason to buy now is that it is a buyer's market because of the large inventory of homes. If you go to new construction builders are offeringa lot of incentives and free upgrades in some locations.
