The highest reccommended institution to earn your license, quality real life business professionals for instructors, insights and knowledge. Hondros has a very high rate of their students passing the state exam. Multiple campuses for your convenience.

Two important aspects highlighted here are the commission plans, and also a brief about our referral department. Our referral agents receive referrals for buyers and sellers. More information on referrals following the commission splits.

Agent Centric Model:

• One name and number on your sign and ads.... YOURS!
• Clients connect directly with agents one on one, not a corporation.
• Clients want to know that YOU can accomplish their goals when buying or selling.
• NO monthly broker fees!
• If you choose to have a customized agent website, we provide you with free IDX.
• Listing inquires on your listings off the broker site are yours at 100%.

High Commission Splits:

• 70/30 for new agents who have had no closings until they close 10 sides.  NO desk fees!
• 80/20 for current licensed agents who sold less than one million in the last 12 months. NO desk fees!
• 90/10 for current licensed agents who sold over one million in the last 12 months. NO desk fees!
• 2% transaction fee applies, this covers E&O, personal training & support, professional showing appointment center, technology.

Home Experts Provides you with:

• Broker website, a great resource for you.
• Customized agent website, $15 monthly and free multipe IDX's are included, no set up fee.
• E&O Insurance.
• Agent Email (Unlimited storage, elminates time consuming back ups and is secure.)
• Training/Mentoring and coaching.
• Business plan development and assistance. (We will help experienced producers with their own sattelite office.)
• Dialouge and prospecting techniques.
• Advanced sales training, and client advocacy. We're big on advocating for our clients.
• All forms and contracts.

Agents are responsible for:

• Agent business cards: Ask about discounts with our vendors.
• Board membership dues & MLS fees.
• NAR & OAR dues.
• Own Yard and Open House signs; Available at suppliers cost, and we offer loaners.
• All marketing (print advertising). However, we offer exceptional self-promotion classes to help you grow your business.
• Lockboxes for listings.

Referral Program Participation.

If you desire to work with more clients and really grow your business, you can participate in the referral program. Our referral agents receive as many or as few referrals as they like, and partly determined by choice of territories. You recieve personal training and coaching on how to turn these referrals into successful clients and closings. We provide at no cost a referral management system that is powerful, simple, and when a client inquires about a home or requests assistance, you are notified within a scant few minutes.  Referrals have a 30% referral fee.

Very important. There are no start up or monthly costs for referrals! Business you land off referrals is yours at 100%. If you get a listing and bring the buyer, the 30% referral fee is only taken on the list side. If it's an investor, only the first transaction is subject. All following transactions are yours at 100%. Referral fees only occur at closing, not before.
