Is it time to order Blue shoe covers?blue boots

With Denver getting our first snow this past Wednesday, it reminds me to put blue shoe covers in all of our listings so that people do not get those carpets dirty with snow, mud or leaves. When you live in a state where the weather can turn bad in a matter of a few hours, this is something to think about.

It is just another service that sets us apart from some Real Estate Agents.  We put them in a basket with a sign that reads:

PLEASE REMOVE

SHOES

OR

PUT ON BLUE SHOE

COVERS

THANK YOU!

Our clients always tell us that we go the extra mile.  Is there something special you do for your clients?

Will

It's always a good idea to have a stash of these in the car --and this is a good reminder to be prepared, like the good agents that we are

We also had that wet, slushy, snowy weather today. Perfect time for you to remind us of homeshowing essentials. I like your basket idea.

Hi Will, Where do you get the shoe covers?  I have a listing that I wanted them for (for religious purposes) but could only find them in boxes with 250 pairs.  Is that normal?  We don't see the shoe covers here a lot, but I like the idea.  Maybe I should just get the box of 250.  It's great for your sellers that you are so considerate and go above and beyond - I know they appreciate it.

A great idea to have them for your homes that you have listed.  One more plus for Will Hamm Real Estate.

This would set you apart from the crowd Will. Great thought.

Occasionally we need to wear these booties while working in homes and apartments. We refer to these jobs as "booty calls", I'm just saying...

Great idea, Will. I guess we don't have enough of that type of weather around here for it.

Hi Joyce,  I will email you the web site they run about $19.00 for 50 of them.

Hi Judi,  It does make a impact when we throw something into the listing presententation.

Got my blue covers as well.  I know that some clients just do not like to remove their shoes especially when they have boots on.  The covers are great and do protect our listings!
