Staying in Front of Builders
Yesterday was a day of visiting 4 builder communities and delivering 2012 wall calendars.
My business partner, Belinda Spillman, (also known for her ability to throw snowballs) and I decided that we needed to get out and about and visit the sales reps at these locations to hand deliver the new wall calendars we just received and let them know we are trying to find buyers for them. Each month the calendar has another great picture of Colorful Colorado.
Of course, we picked up their current inventory list, with great prices. Lennar’s year end is November 30, so they are trying to get as many homes sold as possible before then.
Of course, we want to keep our names in front of them for a whole year.
