Marie, If I put a view up from my living room window it would be so far from yours you would think we were on different planets...lol
It is still hot and sunny here.
Marie, Looks like we sent you all the snow from Colorado. I am so glad to be done with it. I'm sure you don't love it. Good day for reading a book and staying in where it is warm.
Amy-I think I am on a different planet, just from yesterday!! But I will still take this over 110 degree (dry) heat in May...my brother lived in Scottsdale for a number of years, that is BRUTAL!
Hi Belinda! yes, we are seeing what you saw earlier this week...but you guys are used to this stuff. Afore-mentioned brother who lived in Scottsdale now lives in Lafayette CO, so I am vicariously aware of these things. Yes, snow days are good, "found" time!
Marie, Hope you do not get to much snow. We are in for snow again this coming Wednesday again.
Marie, It is beautiful in the picture. I always like looking at snow more than being out in it - unless I'm skiing. Stay warm and have a great weekend.
I know bizarro. thank goodness I didn't sign up for the home show this weekend.
Marie: Your photo really captures it! The supermarket looked like the day before Thanksgiving. Enjoy the quiet. My clients are phoning and texting like crazy. Every once in awhile I need to go to the store and run a couple of errands.
It was CRAZY out there. I had showings scheduled. Cancelled them at 1 PM and then they texted me as to whether there were open houses they could get to! CRAZY or what???? I was doing errands until 1:30 and it took me until almost 4 PM to get back into my house. The south of White Plains had so many roads blocked I had to take a torturous route home and had to go the wrong way on Mamaroneck Ave. to get to my driveway. Everything was roped off...It was a mess in the south end.
Hi Marie--Okay, even on Maui we heard in snowed in New York and New Jersey, but seeing the photos--too weird. Maybe I need to post some beach scenes with some tropical palm trees blowing in the wind. After 40+ years in Chicago, I don't miss one thing about snow. Hope it melts quickly so the kids can go trick or treating.
