We're Hiring Talented Real Estate Appraisers in the Chicago-land Area

Real Estate Appraiser with PahRoo Appraisal & Consultancy

Always good to reach out and let those who know people know that we are looking for a few good people.

We have been fortunate to maintain our growth, slow and steady, by referral.  And even in this challenged real estate market around Chicago, there is a strond demand for talented, proficient and professional real estate appraisers.

We've been there to fill that need and we will continue to be there to fill that need.  Our firm has currently added two new clients and we would like to augment our team by adding 1 or 2 certified real estate appraisers in Northern Illinois, in Cook, Lake and DuPage counties.

I won't bore ya with the details, but since we provide high quality, detailed researched appraisal reports for our clients across short sales, foreclosures, bank-owned properties, REOs, forensic appraisals, Fannie Mae buy-back appraisals, IRS Offer In Compromise appraisals and even good old purchase and refinance appraisals, we only hire one or two appraisers a year.

We are the top ranked firm in the Chicagoland area for the second year in a row and we're proud of that.  We would glady appreciate your referral(s) to talented appraisal professionals in our market area to discuss if they would be a good fit to join our team. Feel free to email us at appraisal@pahroo.com or give us a call 773.388.0003.  Nayeli is speaking with qualified candidates.  More details available upon request or at www.pahroo.com/jobposting

Thank you immensely!

It is so sad that the appraisal industry is being crushed by inexperienced, unreliable, non-caring appraisers.   This is one of the most important parts of a real estate transaction.  If appraisers truly had the freedom to value a home, without regard for a real estate contract or other ludicrous regulations - this country would be better off.

I went on an appointment today, where the seller had improved the home dramatically over their neighbors homes.   The house will not appraise, does it mean it isn't worth it ----no it is, but not that a bank will make a loan.   Why not let appraisers do their job and let good appraisers get paid what they are worth.
