This is a market report for high-rise apartments in the senior citizen community of Rossmoor (LW) here in Silver Spring, Md. 20906.  At the time of this report (10/30/2011) there is a total of 50 such homes on the market FOR SALE, 17 are under some form of under contract, and another ten that have sold in the last 30 days.

One Bedroom

There are eight one-bedroom high-rise apartments on the market for sale in Rossmoor.
