SOLD in 10 Days - whoo hoo!

Susan, thats fast! I hope to have a deal go that quick too. Last week I posted about the property my husband is buying with hopes of a new construction to follow. Well we haven't closed on the property yet, but my husband has plans from another house, and this weekend a agent had customers talk to him about what he's going to build, and they are very interested. We may have buyers before we even list.
