Sedona Real Estate Market Conditions for Sunday 10-30-11

Spotlight on Sedona Vacant Land: how about a Sedona Foreclosure lot in an upscale West Sedona subdivision with Red Rock views for under $132K? It's a corner lot, all utilities underground. If that doesn't float your boat, there's an opportunity to own a beautiful level parcel of Sedona Horse Property. It'll set you back about $395K, but the views on this Village of Oak Creek vacant land are superb, and there's plenty of room to site your custom home plus horse set-up, guest house, whatever your heart desires.

Enjoy the rest of this beautiful Sunny Sedona Sunday!

Hi Beth..... the Sedona Horse Property sounds "divine".... I can't think of any other area, with the beauty and energy of Sedona, that would be better for horses. Just today, I watched "Secretariat" for the 3rd time. I Love horses! And, I once owned a 2 year old "Big Red" horse, with a perfect white diamond on his forhead that was as "fast as the wind" (or seemed like it)!!! His name was "Shining"..... my very first horse!

Thanks for sharing your stories Teri. I didn't get the chance to be horse crazy, didn't live where it was possible. The closest I got was "National Velvet" with Elizabeth Taylor. I can see how having a "Shining" example would put you on a path to a lifetime love for horses ;^)
