St. Augustine has many facets, and we discovered yet another this past weekend while visiting our son for Parent's Weekend at Flagler College.

We happened on a small bazaar tucked into one of the buildings on St. George Street. I noticed the soaps immediately as we strolled past. The scents and colors captivated me and I had to visit.

The lady working there was so helpful, educating me on their products and giving me so many great samples. Right now I am enjoying the Pumpkin soap and Natural Beauty moisturizer and can't wait to go back for more.

I'm thinking this is going to be a great place for Christmas presents! Visit the Hickory Ridge web site to check out their soaps, scrubs, masks, solid perfumes and more. Better yet, if you live anywhere close to St. Augustine, definitely visit in person.

Sharon - so, your son is in Flagler College? This great historic Building, that served as a hotel and had see 4 American Presidents staying there? I would be hard pressed to find a better place for a college than St. Augustine. It breathes history and culture.

Your son is lucky.

As for George Street, I am trying to stay away from the stores, as i know that once in, the tour ends right there (LOL)
