I believe my biggest competition is time itself. . a constant struggle where attention is needed and time is not a friend

Your sharpest critic, stick and carrot motivator comes from within you the real estate agent, broker, REALTOR. Success is a million little things consistently done better to help the real estate buyer save time, gas, to see more properties completely. Watching the others that come and go in your rear view mirror is a waste of time you don't have the luxury of losing if you carry a healthy inventory of listings, move lots of local properties.

I agree with Fernando that time is the biggest competition. Keeping pace with time and managing work is the most difficult thing these days. We always tend to fall short of time because work keeps on increasing but time remains the same. We ourselves also are our own competition. We need to live up to our own expectations and do better than we have done before.
