I have more time to spend on difficult files...

It has been a very busy week.  I am not getting the volume of phone calls that I was 6 months ago but I still have a hetic schedule.  I find myself spending more time on each transaction.  I am able to put the time into some more difficult files and help people get the homes that they want and deserve.  I have a nice man that I am trying to keep out of foreclosure.  I have a buyer for his home but the prepayment penalty is causing a major problem.  I am working on getting approval from the bank to do a short sale.  I am encouraged that the bank will approve the short sale but I fear that the buyer will walk before I get the approval.  Foreclosure people are cold and ruthless at best.  They don't care about your clients.  Everything is done in their own good time and it doesn't matter that we are racing against their clock to beat the courthouse sale.
