Can’t believe it is, as I write this, almost November! I’m not even going to think how many shopping days until Christmas less I stress myself out WAY too much on a Monday morning. Anyways, here’s what’s happening in Lakengren for the month of November, 2011:
Nov 2- Women’s Club 1pm at the Lodge – demo by Sheriff’s office canine unit, everyone welcome!
Nov 5 – Dragon’s Hold’em 7pm at Lodge
Nov 6 – Daylight Savings Time ends. Time to fall back. This is also a GREAT TIME to change those batteries in your smoke detectors!
Nov 10 – Dragons Veterans Day dinner 6pm at Lodge. Reservations needed by Nov 4th
Nov 14 – LPOA Board meeting 7pm at the Marina Club House
Nov 15 – Garden Club Holiday Luncheon 12pm at Sugar Valley Bed and Breakfast, reservations needed!
Nov 16 – Christmas Lights Committee 5:30-6pm dinner, Meeting begins at 7pm at Lodge
Nov 17 – Safety Committee meeting 5pm at Lodge
Nov 18 – Viking newspaper deadline for December
Nov 24 – LPOA and LWA offices closed for Thanksgiving.

Nov 26 – Decorate for Holidays 9am
Nov 28 – LPOA board meeting 7pm at Marina Club House
