This is a market report for detached and semi-detached homes in Silver SpringMd.20906, commonly known as Aspen Hill.  Not included in this report are those homes in the senior citizen community of Rossmoor. At the time of this report (10/31/2011) there are 101 such homes on the market FOR SALE, 82 under contract, and another 14 that have sold in the last 30 days.

Two Bedrooms
