Praise From a Fellow Minnesota CRS Board Member and Minnesota Realtor Colleague

Just a week ago, I was delighted to receive a copy of the letter below via email:

RE: Available courses by two of the best

On Thursday I don’t want to forget to point out, during the past two weeks I’ve had the fabulous opportunity to attend two courses offered by two board members of the Minnesota CRS Chapter:

Eric Kodner, “At Home with Diversity”

Jeff Firnstahl, “Certified Distressed Property Expert” (CDPE)

Both are day-long courses, and CDPE is two-days, both courses are extremely valuable and worthwhile.  More importantly the MN chapter of CRS has two of the best instructors in the Nation!  Kudos to both Eric and Jeff.  Both kept attendees engaged, interested and excited about attending.

Realtors will be working with more and more diverse cultures. With our changing demographics every Realtor needs to attend Eric’s course to become familiar, with who we will be, and are, our clients. 

My attendance at CDPE was my 2nd time.  My previous attendance was 2009 and there is new information; plus to re-acquaint with what I forgot.  A special price (oops, sorry Jeff, I should have stated an “improved price”) is available for repeat attendees.  If you have not attended for a few years I strongly encourage you to attend a refresher course.

Thank You Eric and Jeff, your services, knowledge and skills should make the rest of us at CRS very proud.
