Take the Initiative
Lou Ludwig has some excellent point about providing better services. Laura Cerrano, in her life as a Feng Shui Consultant, believes in this concept entirely. Laura says, "Don't beat down the competition, just be the best you can in all ways and everything becomes easier after that."
Motivational Power Quote
Take the Initiative
“Anyone can cut their price,
but it takes initiative to provide better services.”

As I see it . . . . . . .
Take the initiative
The person or company that bases their business model purely on cutting their price in order to sell their products or service gets onto a slippery slope to the bottom.
Consumers want value in their purchases and will pay for the perceived value in your product and or service.
Take the initiative and increase the value of your service to the consumer’s move it above what the competition is offering or doing. Standout in your business model and get you customers to say WOW. Build the business on exceptional customer service and be recognized as the leading service provider in your profession.
Build your business model on the foundation of exceptional customer service and price becomes a secondary consideration.
Consumers are willing to pay for exceptional services and when they have a choice they will bypass average products or services and go for the exceptional.
Exceptional customer service is not a talking point it’s a commitment on the way you operate your business model. It’s what your customers will expect as part of their business relationship with you and your company.
Take the initiative and make your customer service the corner stone of your business. Let the competition cut prices while you accumulate satisfied customers and referrals.
